SCGP's bondholder will get the rights to be SCG Debenture Club member operated by Debenture Relations department, Corporate Planning and Finance Office, The Siam Cement Public Company Limited by reaching bond investment criteria and member application completion as mentioned below.
SCG Debenture Club member refers to individual person or group of person, juristic person or private fund. The bond owner must be ordinary person (not institutional investor) who holds SCGP and SCC bond in the total of 1,000 units or at least 1 million baht at the time of activity participation or privilege redemption. Additionally, SCG Debenture Club member application must be completed.
SCGP's bondholder will receive documents consisting of member application form, letter with member identification (Member ID) detail and privilege booklet. There are 2 channels for member application;
- SCG Debenture Club mobile application or web application
- Member application form
SCG Debenture Club provides numerous privileges such as birthday gift, New Year gift, quarterly ‘Delight’ magazine and SCG and partners’ products/services with special discount. Besides, various activities (e.g. seminar, workshop, domestic and international trip, concert and Corporate Social Responsibility activity etc.) are arranged for members to join. Privilege redemption and activity application can be done through online channel (SCG Debenture Club mobile application or web application) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
For further details of privileges and terms and conditions, SCG Debenture Club members can read from SCG Debenture Club Privilege Booklet posted on website SCG Debenture Club Privilege Additionally, members can follow all updated activities from ‘Delight Activity’ magazine (delivered together with ‘Delight’ magazine by quarterly) or through mobile or web application.
